International Shipping Policies

All International orders will ship 2 business days after the order is placed to give you time to review the international shipping policy and calculate any customs beforehand.

Please note that many countries have tightened their import policies and collections. Buyers outside of the U.S.A. might have to pay Duty, Customs and/or VAT as levied by their country. That bill will be due to the carrier at the point of delivery. The buyer is responsible to research the import tax rules for their country. We do not refund duties, customs or import fines. If the package is refused by the customer or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, any return to sender fees and shipping costs will be withheld from the refund.

Please expect delays on all USPS Shipping, especially when it comes to international shipping. Some delays on our build to order products can be expected as well due to global shortages on parts and shipment delays in receiving parts. Thank you for your patience.

World-wide we offer several options with both UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Please keep in mind that we recommend UPS for international shipments as there are many delays in overseas shipments as many packages have to be rerouted due to the pandemic. USPS will eventually transfer your package over to the postal service of your country, which may also have its own delays and problems. 

USPS 1st Class International is taking a very long time depending on the country (can be 2-16 weeks). Please note that if you choose USPS (United States Postal Service), you do so at your own risk – we do not refund lost or stolen packages. Please note: Take time to look at your choices carefully as both options have the same letters in it and it can be confusing. UPS, which we recommend, has 3 letters for its initials. USPS, which we do not recommend, has 4 letters in its initials. If your package against the odds are lost/stolen in transit to you, the carrier is responsible, not us. We do not refund lost/stolen packages.
