Returns

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. From the date you receive the order, you have a period of 30 days to start a return. To initiate a return, first you must contact us at ghe@ghostaugustine.com and get a Return Merchandise # approved. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please check your products when they arrive, do not wait 3 months for an investigation. Any item that was delivered more than 30 days ago will be covered under warranty only - no exceptions. 

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will approve or reject the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. **Please note that the refund will be sent to the credit/debit card that was originally charged for the purchase. If you no longer have this card or account, it is your responsibility to contact the originating bank beforehand to find out how they will handle the refund that is issued to them. Refunds cannot be processed to a different credit card number or bank than what was used for the purchase.**

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ghostaugustine.com and send your item to: 162 Saint George St., Suite 19, St. Augustine Florida US 32084.

Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: 68 South Dixie Hwy, St. Augustine Florida US 32084

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, then we will issue a return label (domestic) or shipping will be refunded (international).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Please ship with a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.

We are not responsible if the return does not reach us.
